No matter where you are on your journey, Southern Minnesota Harm Reduction Team meets the individual or family member where they are. 

We are a response team assisting individuals and families with resources and supports for Substance Use Disorder. 

Help with housing, filing paperwork for insurance or treatment, peer support, and FREE Narcan with training on use.
